2016 Area 2 Spring Key Leadership Conference – Another Huge Success!
On Saturday, April 9, 2016 Area 2 held its annual spring key leadership conference at the Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, NY (Thank you Iona Prep for your gracious hospitality and support of Scouting!). This jam packed event has become more and more popular in the Area each year and continues to grow and gain momentum. In attendance at this years event were over 160 people with representation from all 11 Area 2 member councils. The event kicked off with a 2 hour general session followed by 3 breakout sessions.
The Area 2 Committee would like to thank all of those in attendance for taking time to travel and attend the event. Special thanks also goes the event committee, all trainers and presenters and especially Iona Prep for their generosity, hospitality and continued support of our program. Thank you to all in attendance for the leadership and time you provide throughout Area 2. See you in the Fall of 2016 for our next Area 2 Leadership Conference. Area 2 also wishes to thank the National and Region representatives in attendance for your amazing support and helping to make our training event spectacular!
